- After your device has been repaired or serviced, you must return any defective parts to our engineer or technician; otherwise, your warranty will not be honored.

At Spazeme, we stand by the quality of our doorstep mobile repair services. Our aim is to offer you not just convenience, but also peace of mind. That’s why all eligible repairs come with a limited warranty.
❌ What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical or Liquid Damage: Any further damage caused by accidental drops, water exposure, or misuse will void the warranty.
- Third-Party Tampering: If the device has been opened or repaired by anyone other than a Spazeme technician after our service.
- Software Issues: Our warranty does not apply to any issues related to software updates, bugs, or OS-related malfunctions.
- Battery Swelling Damage to the display or touch issues caused by battery swelling is excluded from the warranty coverage, even if the battery is under warranty.
