Spazeme Warranty Terms
At Spazeme, we stand by the quality of our doorstep mobile repair services. Please read our coverage rules carefully to understand your eligibility and protection.
What Our Warranty Covers
Warranty is strictly applicable only to the specific spare part(s) replaced by Spazeme technicians during the initial doorstep visit:
- Touch Screen Functionality: Only touch non-responsiveness or pure touch glitches are covered under screen service warranty.
- Component Performance: Functional failure of the installed battery or back glass due to pure manufacturing defects.
- Defective Part Retention: You must return all defective or old parts to our engineer right after service completion, otherwise the system warranty will not be honored.
What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover
Any warranty claim will stand completely void under the following standard industrial exclusions:
- Physical or Liquid Abuse: Any internal or external damage caused by subsequent accidental drops, liquid logs, moisture seepage, or hard pressure.
- Screen Internal Layout Damage: Blank screens, internal bleeding LCDs, colored horizontal or vertical lines, color fading, or black dots on display are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Third-Party Tampering: If the device is opened, inspected, or re-repaired by any non-Spazeme technician or external shop post our service.
- Battery Swelling Pressure: Damage caused to display panels or touch failure due to battery swelling is excluded, irrespective of separate battery eligibility.
- Software & OS Bugs: Any issue relating to standard system bugs, beta updates, or official OS-related lags.
How to Log a Warranty Claim
If your spare part faces internal functional failure within your eligible period, you can seamlessly open a claim using the channels below. Claims must be supported with your original Spazeme invoice copy:

🔒 Spazeme Warranty Policy: The replacement part is 100% FREE under warranty. Only a nominal doorstep technician conveyance fee of Rs. 399/- applies per visit.
